U can reformat that way - but make sure U take a backu of C and E first ... these are very useful and ca enable you to "restore" your Xbox.

C: System files inc M$ dashboard - This is where EvoX/neXgen goes - other than that, leave this alone
D: Xbox DVD Drive
E: Save games and audio files - you can use this to store games, but it's not recommended
F: Only when a new HDD has been added and formatted - this is where you should save games/movies/apps
G: (or is it H:) Memory card for save games - where applicable
X: Temporary drive so that games loading from DVD load quicker 2nd time around
Y: Temporary drive so that games loading from DVD load quicker 2nd time around
Z: Temporary drive so that games loading from DVD load quicker 2nd time around
