Evolution-x Dashboard Question

Evo 2.5 is burned into a ROM that the Xbox uses to boot from. (or it can be flashed to the tsop or mod chip, etc.)

The Dashboard replaces what you see when the Xbox is fully running.

E.G. the green "ball" 3D graphic is the default "MS dashboard".

the BIOS goes into your modchip, and the xbox uses it to boot up, it is this that enables unsigned code and backed-up software

the dashboard is just a program you can use if you wish that is very usefull and makes life alot easier, try reading up either in tutorials of in these forums.
