Set up the switch like the pic in my sig, then you can flash each bank individually just like a chip. No need to make a single 1mb bios

Should work. Its a spdt switch two functions. If you move lever its pulled to 3.3v at the time you hit flash bios in whatever flasher app you use. Bank 1 is either pulled high and bank 2 is pulse to ground. 4 way is 2 separate switches.
