Wrestling With My Tsop

not to assume didnt, but did you

1.  Launch Menu
2.  Add a new item
3.  Where would you like this item to launch from?  TSOP
4.  Name it
5.  Assign its led color.

i'm guessing you did, but figured i'd ask before one of the pros do.  gotta start from the beginning to figure out where the problem came from.

did u upgrade the hard drive?

if so, did u lock it?  you can;t access the retail kernel with a unlocked hard drive

Is the d0 grounded on your Xbox (Is the d0 point soldered to that donut looking thing around the screw hole)?

i think this problem is different.  Your situation was because the bios was looking to load that file name.  If that was the case you could have edited your bios using a tool and setup the boot order.
