::cough:: all of them are originally mine, and bought ::cough::

Keep that shit up and no one will help you.  But since i'm in a good mood i'll try and answer what I can.

is the Xenium solderless the best way to go?

Since you do not know how to solder that is most likely your best bet.

QUOTE
It says it comes with a lcd, is that easy to throw on?

If you have no expierence with soldering you'll have a hell of a time installing it.

QUOTE
I heard if you buy a new HD and unlock it, it wont work on live.

That is correct.  And if you wanna play on live just lock it back up.

QUOTE
And last of all, can i still play xbox live on my originals?

Yes, just make sure that your mod is disabled or you will be banned quicker then you can blink.

Read a bit more carefully... get the "solderless" thingie....

try soldering... i'm only 14 and i had NO prior soldering experience.... soldering almost always gives you a more solid install....

If you have never soldered yet, but you are a handy man (godd with your hands), soldering might be OK. Still you should do some soldering testing on something else than the original xbos motherboard.

If you have douts about soldering, go for the solderless option.

Ozxodus have several intructions manuals available. Also solderless manual.

Smartxx have more simple manual but no solderless.

I highly suggest you get a solderless adapter. I got mine up and working in less than 35 minutes
