I don't know if you would consider this a problem but when i startup my xbox everything is fine until the the flubber thing is over and it shows the giant x then sometimes the video lags or sometimes the sound lags. the only thing i have done just before the change is make the leds in the front red and all i did was swap the wires.

edit: i think i found the problem which was the dvd drive wasn't fully plugged in.
