V1.6 Xbox Was Ude'ed, Then Decided To Put Chip...

I had this V1.6 and it had UDE on it. I uninstalled the ude and decided to put a mod chip in. Used the X2.6 mod chip and tried to flash it and it fragged on both banks. So now I think that chip is screwed up. So I tried 1 of my X3's but the external part doesn't light up. Like it's not getting any power. But I did do the 5V on it. Is there anyway to fix this xbox or is it fucked?
