my first mistake(?) was when i was trying to clear the laquer off of the lad3 and i guess messed something up. i took a small sewing pin and pushed it in, it didnt go through the via and later when i was installing the pcb the led lit up, so i assumed it was ok.
i can get all 5leds to light up (when the chip is disabled) and all 4leds when its on. the problem is that whenever i turn my chip on it frags (so the d0 works). but i noticed the lad3 led isnt as bright as the rest of the leds.
i have a 1.6b xbox and i cannot access the MS dash, i flashed my eeprom with the incorrect harddrive unlock key. though i have multiple harddrives and unlock keys to all of them.
i know i can fix my xbox with another modchip, but i want to see if my spidergx isnt completly useless.
if someone could get a multimeter and get me a reading on the lad3 or something, that would be appreatiated.
