1.6 Freezes Up And Blinks Orange

I modded a brand new 1.6 with SmartXX V3, 200 Gb HDD and a 80 mm Papst fan.

I installed M8_16_LBA48_IGR_C-06.bin and Slayers Auto Installer.

Now to my problem. Every once in a while the Xbox freezes up ang starts to flash orange.  blink.gif
First a thought it was a heatissue but I have tried to set the fan speed to 40% and the temp is at the most 60 degres celcius.

Any Ideá ?
