Alternate 3.3v On 1.6

I have installed about 60 LT OPX on 1.6 wothout problems until yesterday. I soldered it on the backside of the moderboard as usual. The soldering was perfect as always (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

But when I started the console it just booted original bios. I never got the smartXX OS.

I started to search för errors but couldnt find any. I soldered a optional grounds and checked the Lframe. I measured all points and they were all good.  
I desoldered the chip and made a wireinstall but with the same result. Im almost sure that this one is a faulty chip.. Now I have desoldered everything again just to try a DuoX2 to make sure that it is the chip that is bad. BUT...... as I desoldered the chip the plate for 3.3v screwed up. It just fell of the motherboard.
Now I need an alternate 3,3v. Anyone with ideas ?

my friend had the same problem and it turned out to be a defeated chip.

use pin 15 as an alt 3.3v source
