No, you dont have to, although i rekon if you did you wouldnt regret it.

All you need to play backups is a chip with a hacked bios installed.

Bastards! if they screwed up the install then they should be paying for the shipping both ways the second time around! If i were you i would email them and demand a refund on the shipping for the repair.

Damn, I do installs and if anything ever went wrong with a customers xbox that they couldnt repair i would get over there and fix it myself for no extra charge.

Them expecting you to pay for their mistake is rediculous.
