Well, I bought the xbit 1.5 and 1.6 adapter because the solderless install interested me. Unfortunately it's apparent that the x-bit is the hardest chip to install on a 1.6. Anywho, instead of using the adapter, we're not fans of wires =/, we decided to go with the pinheader install plus the LPC rebuild, because theoretically I don't see why this wouldn't work. Unfortunately I'm having trouble soldering the d0 point on this damn thing. It's so small that I can't solder the point. I just want to know a) if anyone has an tips on soldering the d0. And
if anyone agrees that the pinheader install should work once I get the d0 grounded. Thanks
