xbox can be cd sensative.  Try burning to a DVD-r.  Mine does not read cd or DVD+r's.

Hmmm....but i cant write the iso to a dvd...it only accepts cd's or cd/rw...

Try burning it with alkohol 120. I think only Nero won't let you burn it on DVD.

just tried it with the newest version of Slayers (2.6) and although nero did not see the iso originally, if you select all files, then choose your dvd burner it should work fine.

I also popped it in my other box to make sure it booted and it worked just fine.

xbox without either a new phillips or old samsung will not read any cd-r. try with different brands of Cd-RW. Works for me. the best thing would be to get hold of a copy of slayers, because that way you only ever need to boot from the dvd drive once, after that its all downhill.
