Xbit 1.5 No Connection With Under Xp

Hi there...following problem:

I use the XBIT 1.5 with the program "xbit15winxp.exe" under Windows XP Pro SP2!

I can´t establish any connection on this bastard without actually finding a reason for this!
If I am using the xbit 1.0 flashtool I am able to establish the needed connection but I am not able to erase or flash anything because of running errors all the time!

Does anybody know any reason for this happening?
