Hey i wanna put in a 120 gb hard drive into my xbox so i can play the games off it....  I wanna get the XBIT but i dont understand what the bio or flashing is any help

You need to read the Tutorials. Then come back in three days if you have anymore questions.

Everything that you need to know is in the xbox-scene tutorials.
