Do I Want To Upgrade From X 2.3 Lite To Xbit?

Hey,
  I ordered an x-ecuter 2.3b lite plus from a shop online about a week ago, but of course they are out of stock. But to make up for being out of stock, htey are offering a to send me a XBIT for no extra cost. Now i dont know alot aobut he XBIT, but i see that it has a few extra features.
Do u guys think i should take this deal? or wait a few days till the X-ecuter comes back in stock.

And will the Xecuter2.4981 BIOS workd on the XBIT

And will Evloution-X dashboard work on it too?
