Is The X-bit Worth It?

I have the Chamelon, but I have not been able  to disable the chio when i want to get on live? Is the Xbit easier to disable?

the xbit is a cinch to disable - either use the dip switch (pain) or install the single wire for the power button stealth mode enable.  i wrote how to do it without soldering on the main board.
if you solder A15, D0, and P & E on the chameleon, and the appropriate spots on the mother board, then you'd be able to disable that with the press of a couple of buttons as well - something to consider.

For myself i have try xbit and was not that fun using it cause not stable in my machine but now i have chameleon Le and i like it even thought i am planning to get another xbox maybe install xbit in it. But for now i am happy with chameleon and i like the software control.
