The hardware we design is completely legal - this is not in question.

Yes the bios's that are hacked are illegal but these are for fun only and are available free to those that seek them. We should also make it clear that the hardware and software teams are completely seperate entities - the two teams simply help each other - just as we have a hand in helping many other software and hardware groups.

I say good luck to them - but they shouldn't make assumptions as to how we or others work.

So they were using the 007/Mechassualt exploit at their leverage?  Has it become obvious now that this groups blackmail attempts have failed, but no new exploits have been released?

They were responsible for releasing the mechassault exploit.

hmm what can i say everybody thought it was all a big hoax doesnot look like a hoax now does it. hope they find more ways 2 run things with no modchip.
