Video Select Cd Problems

It worked great for me.  I burned it in Nero on a Memorex CDRW in 'Disc at Once' mode.  My only problem is I can't figure out how to switch between PAL50 and PAL60.  They claim that the v2 release has this feature but I can't seem to find it.
