It's probably possible, but those wireless usb adapters aren't really the smallest of things, and if they require drivers than that's a definite no. Besides, it would probably be a lot cheaper just to buy a wireless controller.

I would reccomend a Halo 3 controller they have a much better feel than normal wireless controllers.

Here's a link to a tutorial on integrating a Logitech Precision Wireless Controller (I got 2 online for ~$30), it is responsive just not as quick as my wired one (I think I just need to clean the insides to get it to work better).

I got several matcatz mirco controllers which have a pretty good feel to the and they are smaller then the s controllers.

I Myself Enjoy Using my Wired Controllers instead.
But i Do Own 4 wireless controllers.
These are some Of the Best That Feel Pretty Good in your Hands.
I Don't Like the Logitech wireless Controllers at all.

i agree with this chap here
i love the way they feel compared to the stock ones
