Arrr So Annoying (i Think My Chip Is Wrecked)

Hello, a day ago i unplugged my xbox to give my extension cord to my sister, the next day i plugged it all back in and pressed the on button, there was no video or audio.  So i took my xbox apart again, checked the connections on the chip (all fine). Anyway, i took the chip off the pin header thing and the xbox booted up but on the MS Dashboard and couldnt load any burnt games or other dashboards or anything and when i plug the modchip back in, i get nothing on my screen, anyone have a solution?
