No Audio No Video, But Xbox Is Working

hi

i have a stock xbox, when i put a game into it, it seems to play the game, the noise all sounds normal, the light also is normal, but the audio and video does not work.  i changed the cable, but that did not do anything for me.  the xbox is not modded yet.  

any way of fixing it?  thanks
