Check this line in anodx.xml :

        <bootpassword></bootpassword>
        <adminpassword>xbox</adminpassword>
</miscellaneous>

bootpassword, if defined, ask password to user at the dash start, and 3 tries or shutdown xbox.
adminpassword, if defined, is the password needed to enter in eeprom and hdd tools window.
