I would suggest taking an existing skin and modifying it to what you want it to look like. Then, once you are comfortable with the process you can start making your own from scratch.

There are also several skin editing tools available at allxboxskins.com.

Also, this probably would have received a better response if it were posted in the UnleashX forums.

Finally, don't get too uptight about people viewing the thread and not posting. A lot of the time they are just reading it to see if they can help. If they can't they don't bother posting letting you know that. And 6 people with no reply? Some threads get hundreds of views with no replies.

unleash X has its own skinning forum.. its easy, get UXarchitect.
