I just found out that u can have yor dashdata folder on f...
When u are hexediting u just change partition 2 to 6...

1. Open msdash.xbe with some hexeditor
2. Search for dashdata
3. replace partition2 to partition6 (u can also change the name of the folder u want the dash to load xip's from) ex. bluedashdata.1012a700 or reddashdata.1012a700

Thats where i got the knowhow as well. I was a little dissapointed when I came to find out the MS Dashboard color hack was a modchip only thing so I had to have both.
