Possible To Auto-launch Xbmp If .avi Detected?
« on: November 21, 2003, 11:32:00 AM »

Don't think that's currently possible (auto-launching the script, that is).

However, BJ is working on new context scripts, that will probably allow this.

BJ: When is it coming? And auto-adding scripts from a directory too?

Well, you wouldn't want the script to load at startup and keep checking ur dvd drive every second
Maybe an "OnDVDInitialize" context would be more like it.

I need to add a lot more events that can trigger scripts.

The system that's in place should be able to handle it, but I haven't pushed it yet. It was set up to also handle scripts triggered by time, too.
