P.S
If I load it up in Mxmskinner 3.1 and save, I loose Delays, Intro,Load and Saver settings.

Did you cut the overlay from the orgianl pic? Then take note of where the Top Left pixel of the overlay was on the first image, then natural thats the values for the L="" and T="" variables.
I find that's the easiest way, but then Im more comfortable editing the xml directly than with mxmSkinner.

If its not cut from the first image an easy way might be to take a screenshot (right trigger + X) without the overlay and use an image editing program to find the positioning.
