If you've gotten all this running, I'm assuming you already know how to actually network the two and you're just asking about using the program?

You mentioned that you want to move the games from the xbox that is running out of room, which leads me to believe you have already backed up the games to the HD?

If so, can't you just use FTP?  Also, I am sure Qwix is a great program and I haven't looked for a users manual, but check out Craxtion.  It's sweet, easy and documented.
