Is that the same reason flashfxp will not transfer some of the roms?? Is there somewhere that I can view what is acceptable to use in the file names?

My brother-in-law and I have recently modded our xboxes....anyway...try burning the iso on a disk.  Sometimes it seems to be the transferring program, but burned on disk, they work fine.  Besides NES and GBA, we had troubles with SNES.  Burning on disk helped in our case. (forgive the newb-ish reply....first post here)  :)

Stinger78 made a good point that alot of people forget.  The Xbox can handle longer filenames on the DVD drive.  You'll get error's if you try to rip the disc to the harddrive, but you can use long filenames if you run them off DVDs.
