Newb Question: Temporarily Viewing The Orginal Xbox Dashboard

I am thinking about making the move to surround sound.  I have had a surround sound system for a while, but have never really looked into connecting my xbox to it.  I will need to change the audio settings to surround sound to make this work.  How would I be able to go to the original xbox dash just to change this setting, then go back to running Avalaunch?

(I am a major newbie when it comes to xbox modding.  I do not know much about how my xbox was modded since I did not do it myself.  The only thing I really know is that it runs on Avalaunch.)

Why go back to the original dash? There is a surround sound setting in avalaunch. Settings>Main Options>AV Settings.

If you still want to go back to the orig dash boot to the Xenium OS and launch the retail BIOS but first lock your Hard drive.
