Ftp Issues

I have an xbox 1 with avalaunch installed.up until now I was able to ftp anything.It has since stopped working.When I go into me network settings  sad.gif I find I can't  do not hav a ftp name.It only shows ?0?.I am unable to chage this but I am able to change password.What have I done wrong?
