Xbox Has No A/v After Changing A Setting In Avalaunch

i just changed the settings and enabled writeback on EEPROM and than changed the resolution to 720p. it didnt make any difference than i selected the option of restore eeprom backup and all the A/V signal disappeared and eject button started flashing red. now whenever i start xbox theres no A/V and still eject button flshes.
