Zone Alarm Security Problem With Avalaunch

hi i have a quick question,    i am able to connect to the download skins menu and update avalaunch menu when i shut down my zonelabs security center,   i did some research and i cant seem to find how to connect with zonelabs still enabled?   if anyone knows something please help

Instead of disabling Zonealarm just add the IP address of the Xbox or even the entire subnet as Trusted...(taken from the tutorial below)
