Topic: Doom 3 Locks Up On 'id' Intro Video (Read 105 times)

I've got Doom 3 on my PAL xbox and transferred it to my hdd, but no matter how many times I try, it keeps locking up (freezing) in exactly the same place, right at the end of the 'ID' intro at the start, after loads of loading noises coming from the hdd during the ID video. I've tried skipping it but it won't work. I looked in the saves and it keeps making a small save every time I try it.

Any ideas?

p.s. ive tried all the various dash/bios combinations <

Downloaded game I assume? Use sfv checker on your downloaded rars, I almost gaurantee you'll find a checskum error. Use winrar to attempt to repair or redownload the affected rars.

Should get you sorted.

P.S Just because the rars extracted and you got a workable ISO file doesn't mean there aren't little problems with the rars themselves. <

actually no it's not a downloaded game, it came off my original disk. It's working now, all i had to do was change the clock, I had this problem with kotor, that made an empty save too <
