Switching To Avalaunch Need Help?

I used the mech assult expolit to softmod my xbox. And it gave me this old version of unleash x. I want to use avalaunch. How do I switch the dashboards so I can make avalaunch start instead of this unleash x dashboard. And now that I have accsess to my xbox hd, is there any other files I should change around etc.
