Problems With Flashing My X2.2 Pro

Sorry I posted this in the wrong forum

I just got a X2.2 Pro and installed it with the pogo pin adapter. The flashbios loads up fine and I got the Xecuter2 4980 bios from xbins ftp and once I get the bios installed to bank one with write enabled, and I go to turn the xbox on, it turns off and on 3 times and then continues to flash red and green with no video. I have a version 1.1 box if that helps. any help would be greatly appreciated.
