1) Is there a way for Craxtion to disable it's looking for internet conection?

When my XBOX is on and connected to the PC and I enter Craxtion it hangs on Looking for Internet Connection.

So to get into Craxtion I have to disable the network connection and then enable it when Im in the program.

In the next update for Craxtion please allow for disabling for Internet Connection Automatic lookup.

Thanks.
-------------------------------------
2) Also sometimes when Craxtion can't read the file properly from the DVD it copies the file as 0 bytes and says everything was copied successfully at the end.

Can you please implement a check to make sure if it encounters a file copy of 0 bytes to make sure it reports the filenames as errors at the end of copying or someway of telling us that everything was not copied successfully.

Thanks.

Why does my version of Craxtion connect to MS.com?

I don't know if it's been asked before but if someone could tell me, I'd be less paranoid.

QUOTE (SmoKeyJ @ Sep 27 2004, 05:28 AM)

here's the exact msg: Access to file: C:\xbox\res\village.tex was denied by the OS! ISO Creation Aborted

To those of you getting this type of error, let me know if this
does the trick for you...

I was getting the same type of message, but had plenty of disk space, so that wasn't the issue.

I was trying to WRITE the final image to a drive that was FAT32.
and thats where I got the error.

I then tried to write the image to a different drive.. one that was
NTFS.

It worked without a problem then.  (And the original files that I was creating the ISO from WERE on the FAT32 drive yet...)

Hope this helps. jester.gif

I have had 100% success with Memorex DVD+R's.  I have also had limited success with Sonic DVD+R but the frequency of coasters wipes out any price savings.

I have Windows 98.

I have installed the program but, when I try to launch it, a window tell me that there is a problem with MSCOREE.DLL file.

I tride to install the .NET of the first post, but that program works only with Windows 2000 or higher...

What I have to do now???

When I use Craxtion's Disc Ripper feature, can I get it to patch the default.xbe file for media checks during the rip?

CODE

************** Exception Text **************
System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path "D:\Finished\Xbox\Games\094313_18\game2\Data1.AIF".

I'm having this issue as well, could someone please elaborate on what's needed to "strip" the multi-menu data and revert an image to the original form? Specifically, I'm attempting to build a 3in1 disc, from an image made the night before with just two games. I unpacked the 2in1 image and attempted to add the 3rd, when I got an error message that mirrors this. The actual path, etc are semantics, and everything else up to now has worked perfectly (you rock, Fedge & Leppper).

I have both Flash fxp and craxtion and I noticed that when I ftp with craxtion the files show up in a different order when they are in craxtion than in flash.

Is the order that they are in on craxtion the "true" xbox iso layout or do I need another program to do that??

Thanks!
