Shadow Ops Igr Patch (maybe?)

Just found out how to make the game work, turn IGR off.  Thats good and all, but is there/could there be a way to patch the xbe to allow IGR and where, if any, could a patch or patcher be found?

what are u running?
i installed the game with Complex tools (unleash X) without problem.
