didnt know what forum 2 post this in. i have a few games i want to use trainers on but..... i dont know what region they r from (NTSC-PAL)how do i find out?? any help would be appreciated

There is a NTSC or PAL label on the disc.

What websites you gettings these off, as the EvoX site states on each trainer in the title what format it is.

ok . sorry 4 starts will be more clear in future and second the game i have is a copy of a copy if u no what i meen and no1 knows where the original came from so not knowinghow would i go about finding out what format it is??
