I've got mine in the c:\skins and only one of like 10 show up and when I select it
(ultradigipanel) it comes up as the original evox skin. Guess I'll keep on looking in the forums....

I had the same problem, none of my downloaded skins was appearing under skins in system utils but all the skins showed up under boxplorer. I found out that my directory name was incorrect. Make sure under the c: drive it's label as "skin" without quotes and not "skins". The s at the end was what made my skins not show up. Hope that helps.

Hey R3LIC,
Just wanted to double check, are the files you're putting under c:\skin in zip format?
There should be like 3 files in the zip content. The 2 jpg images and a skin.ini. Unzip them and then drag the unzip folder over to c:\skin. If you have your files unzipped and you have them in c:\skin and they still don't show up, then I would have to say there might be something wrong in the evox.ini file. Have you did any modification to that file recently?

I had that same problem and changing it to "skin" from "skins" solved it thanks.

Ftp into your Xbox and look in the skins folder. Any new skins installed are probaly install with this file structure: /C/Skin/New Skin/New Skin/Files..... it needs to be like this /C/Skin/New Skin/Files. The Xbox is only seeing the extra subfolder instead of the files its looking for. "New Skin" is the folder with the name of the skin you are tring to load and "Files" is the files that make up the skin that belong in the folder.
