Ftp Troubles

I can't transfer an .avi with WS-FTP or Internet Explorer....

When I use internet explorer, I get this error:

200 Type set to Image
200 Port Command OK
426 Connection closed, file opening failed

Any help please...??

Thats the problem??! Something as simple as that!?
I've had this before when transfering over my music library, and I didn't understand what or why it was doing it.

Wow, I'm just shocked it was something so basic as that.
