Bootable Config Magic Cd

:(  I'm a newbie to softmodding. I've got a crystal xbox (5713) i've managed to switch my region to NTSC, region1 using config magic. I tried following the UDE 2 tutorial but the EVOX didn't load up. I have read that you can make a bootable configmagic ISO that you can load to change the eeprom region back. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
