I replaced a non-working samsung with a new one from ebay. I also added a 60mm fan intake "see picture" This system has has never had RROD or any other problems with it besides the old DVD drive. This is not a elite system, just a very good slick paint job.

I am also including the old Samsung DVD Drive. does not read discs for some reason, it says "insert this disc into 360 console" as I do not need it anymore.
