Need help on making the following image for my MS dash to replace that ugly green one, if someone could create this as a MS dash image or tell me how exactly to do it I would really appreciate it:

thanks do you also know how I can change the little globe thing on the left on the M$ dashboard? also this won't cause my xbox to load with any errors will it since I'm chaning the M$ dash?
