i've got a USB HDD that's currently formatted in NTFS. the hdd a USB on the go one (if that matters) so it shouldnt need any drivers. when i plug the hdd into the xbox via the controller port, go into File Explorer and the hdd shows up as J Drive but its "Not Formatted". is it possible at all to format this hdd to a XBOX format? <

hmm, you can try it by going to the ms dashboard -> saves. if it detects the hd as a memory-card, it will format the hole hd to fatx! remember, that all data will be lost by this! <

You can also highlight the drive in ux file manager, then press start, and go down to format drive... <
