Do Not Sell "pre-orders"

If you do not have the console in hand.. do not sell it on XS.

We'll simply ban with no warning anyone "selling" consoles based on hopeful pre-orders or other voucher  and pray you get it systems.

This goes for "pre-Selling" as well. We don't want to hear any bullshit "it's coming tomorrow guys.. buy it now.."

Don't like the rules.. shut up and go elsewhere. We're tired of scammers.
