there have been many threads here  that where started by users who have recently joined xbox scene forums, most of these threads have insufficient evidence of items (i.e. have pictures of there name, but not dated or related to xbox scene) and at least one has turned out to be a known scammer & multiple account holder.
i have been rolling over the idea for quite some time now and i think this rule will improve the quality of sellers in the bst while allowing users and mods to more easily spot scammers.
