NewsChanger 4.0 - Optimized with TopFeed Technology

Now it comes in a Dialog version. This is the first dialog script I've released as a matter of fact.
Features 120 working newsfeeds to start with. Add to or Remove them as you please.

Post anything about this new version in here.

Note. I already plan on breaking the feeds down into catagories once BJ gets the TreeView control working.
