One of the absolute best (if not THE best) sellers I've ever dealt with. Communication was EASILY the best, probably having at most 10 minutes before receiving a reply to any emails.

Very professional business, did everything they said they would.  Emails were replied to within minutes and any questions were fully answered the way you would want to hear.  No complaints about this company.  Would definetely deal with them again!  Thanks!!

He was honest and upfront, awnsered all of the questions I had. Emails with my confirmation number without me evening asking for it. Very good seller, would do business with any time!

Wow!!! Great shop!! The service and support are excellent!!!  Bishop even asked if I would like to pick up my chip since I live so close!!  He always helped and answered my ?uestions when I asked for it!!!  Two w0rds ... BLACK BISHOP IS GREAT!!! (It's all caps for a reason folks)

This man has gone above and beyond the call of duty!!  After getting my first chip from him (which was delievered speedy and intact) I tried to do an install myself and f!cked up everything.  So I sent him an e-mail telling him my problem and asked what I should do.  He told me since we lived pretty close I could bring my box  and chip by his shop tomorrow and he'd look at it for me (the next day son ... no appointment ... no waiting for parts to come in ... no nothing).  I got up this morning and got dressed and proceded to drive to the shop.  The next part is what really made me realize thier are still good and honest people in the world.  He invited me into to his home and fixed my chip right there on the spot!!!  How many people would let a complete stranger come into thier home? NOT MANY! So thanks BISHOP you have added another loyal customer to you site!  I recommend all of www.xtreme-xbox-mods.com services to any one new or old to modding!!!
