i have a box that I can't boot up after attempting to install the matrix.
The matrix is out, but the unit flashes green and red then never boots.

How much do you charge for diagnostics?

hey i just got back from getting my xbox 1.3 modded with a 250 GB monster and xecuter 2.3 lite.believe me when i tell you guys, if you live in the greater toronto area, get your xbox modded by n1tro. this guy knows what the hell he's doing. he'll do it right before your eyes and hell..he's super fast(did my install and fixed someone's xbox at the same time in less then 1 hr) and a good guy to talk to. his install is fee is the best in town. he won't overcharge you, swap your parts when your not around, steal your eeprom, and he gives you back your original stock drive when done and the hdd upgrade is free with a modchip install. fantastic service. i'm already preparing my next xbox for n1tro to do in a few weeks. enjoy the free gifts i got ya n1tro. take it from a employee of EB. if you want to job done and done right, n1tro is da man:D

I don't sell any games.

I support all my chip installs.  There are rarely any problems with the chip installs or the hardware that i supply.  However, if by chance there was something wrong, I will fix it.  

Most problems are caused by software... screwing around settings, wrong flash, deleting files, etc...  I can't be responsible if anyone screws around with those things, but you can always contact me and I'll try my best to help.
